Patient Info
New Patients
In fact, we care about your teeth and gums as much as you do.
At your first visit, you will be asked by our friendly reception staff to provide your completed New Patient Information Questionnaire. If you would prefer not to download the form, you’re welcome to arrive 10 mins early and you can fill one out here.
At this appointment, you will have the chance to discuss with your dentist any dental concerns. Your dentist will examine your teeth, gums, jaw joints, bite and existing restorations (fillings, crowns, veneers) as well as your tongue, throat, cheeks and lips to ensure your whole mouth is in the best of health.
Dental x-rays are usually needed to allow your dentist to check for any decay inside or between teeth, abscesses or cysts on the teeth roots, root positions and bone loss.
After your examination, your dentist will go through their findings with you. They will discuss with you your options and together tailor a treatment plan to suit your needs.
